Morris: Media Salivate for Conflict at New York Republican Demonstration

Hordes of thirsty journalists and cameramen from local, national, and international media outlets gathered Monday evening outside the New York County Criminal Court, clamoring for content at a demonstration by the New York Young Republican Club (NYYRC) in support of former President Donald Trump.

The event, which consisted of not more than a few dozen members of the populist conservative club — a handful wearing “Make America Great Again” caps, and some waving American flags — was mobbed by media, outnumbering actual demonstrators at least 2:1, in a shameless bid for politics porn ahead of the expected arraignment of the former President.

The group stood around, mingling amongst themselves and mostly ignoring the news outlets circling around them shoving lights, mics, and cameras in their faces…

…Some of the young conservatives stopped to greet the counter-protester (or whatever), some shaking his hand, some praising him for exercising his first amendment right — but the cameras weren’t interested in that either…

This Breitbart News coverage of other media at the Manhattan court house is interesting. It exposed the lamestream medias true intent. They were only interested in conflict between the sides. They ignored a lot when conflict didn’t happen.

 

The above four sentences don’t begin to tell the story Breitbart is reporting regarding the ridiculous bias of the mainstream MBFC approved news media in their coverage. Breitbart was there to cover the lamestream news medias response to what ever was going to happen there. The mainstream media did not disappoint my expectations in exposing their bias for all to see.

 

The "protest " Turmp was calling for and no one showed up?

 

So, The Stain predicts (falsely) his arrest on a particular date and time. He then calls upon his brain-dead followers to "Protest, Protest, Protest!" But the media should just ignore the show....??

When did it shift from liberals getting upset about small things to now conservatives seem to get upset at everything?

Breitbart was there just like other media outlets. So they were the ones “salivating for conflict”.

 

Why was Breitbart there? Perhaps the media was there for the same reasons Breitbart was.

 

Because its upsetting when powerful organizations try to paint a whole entire political party in a negative light. I have done this also...GUILTY. I have sometimes said "THE LEFT" when referring to one person, however, with little power, comes little responsibility. I expect better from the MSM.
I saw another video the other day from some maga thing where some guy was dressed up like Q'shaman and saying all kinds of weird stuff but turns out he was an actor that I believe was on "america's got talent" at some point.
The fact is, SOME of these people on the left (see that? i'm trying to do better, I said SOME) are so hungry for right wing antics that they have to fabricate them.

As to people faking stories, trump supporters do the same thing. There was an arson story not long ago where the individual did it himself.

I do agree with you though, one of the issues this nation has is because both sides points to hyper fringe portions of the other side and acts like it is a universally held belief

Was Trump arrested yet? Had that happened the crowd would have been far larger.

 

They were there. They just didn’t get the confrontation they were hoping to have and to blame Trump supporters for. What they saw was more real America and friendly and they weren’t at all interested in that.
Now it’s unlikely that there is going to be any arrest of or changes against Trump coming out of that place.

 

Breitbart exposed the counter protesters as well as the mainstream news media MBFC likes so much.

 

I think Breitbart came to see if Antofa would show up. They didn't and couldn't write about the pathetic showing of Trump supporters either. So they focused on the media.
