Your statement is STILL based on assumption and ignorance. In the last ten years, the ACLU released a study that showed black men being given the death penalty in greater numbers than their white counterparts DESPITE HAVING THE SAME CRIMINAL RECORDS.

Apropos to that, all one has to do is to pay attention to broadcast news to see black men being released from prison after doing hard time for CRIMES THEY DID NOT COMMIT! So before you start excerpting stats that ONLY support your assertion, you might want to look at ALL the information available.

And here's something to chew on: whenever guys like you start leaning on stats to "prove" that black Americans are natural criminals and committing all the violent crime, you ALWAYS ignore the stats that "prove" (by your "logic") that black Americans are more patriotic and civic minded than white folk, as we make up a percentage beyond our population of cops, military servicemen, medical personnel, teachers, etc., etc.

Based on what? What is to say that the 10 black criminals have more priors than the 10 white criminals. You are basically saying that the 10 black criminals are repeat offenders and the 10 white criminals are not which would mean that the 10 white criminals probably only committed one crime.

It's based on facts. Your post is based on 1 particular type of crime, those where the death penalty is considered. Stay in context with the discussion if you want another response from me.

I pointed out the FACT that the ACLU PROVED that black criminals are more likely to get a death sentence than their white counterparts DESPITE HAVING THE SAME RAP SHEET (criminal background).

I pointed out the FACT that our national/local news services periodically report the release of black men who have done HARD TIME IN PRISON FOR CRIMES THEY DID NOT COMMIT. I RARELY see the same for their white counterparts.

Those are different sentences for different crimes, you know.

You can do the research yourself if you don't believe me (if you have the intellectual honesty to do so). But if you insist upon using your opinion, supposition and conjecture as fact, I can easily do your homework for you. Or you can just concede the point. Carry on.

Also, you referred to ONLY the crimes where the death penalty was considered. That's off topic to the conversation I was having that you jumped into. No, he just stumbled...the FACT is that DESPITE committing or being SUSPECTED of committing similar crimes, cops are LESS LIKELY to shoot white suspects. All one has to do is a simple google for the last decade to verify this.
