Since you are so educated, maybe you could translate this for me:

It is missing the word "opinion" after the adjective... or synonymous word, such as position. That is my educated translation... though I am not sure it really requires a lot of education to detect a typographical error.

You want to swing the advantage to Al-Qaeda and other assorted Islamic Jihadists. I find that strange. You want the secular government overthrown because SOMEONE used chemical weapons... and expose the risk of AQ getting Assads arsenal, destabilizing the region even greater, and possibly usher in WWIII... because you like terrorist Jihadists more than the secular unwilling dictator.

I also never served... but letting what happened in Libya happen in Syria, with Assads level of weapon caches... seems remarkably stupid to me... especially based on a presumption of wrongdoing by one side or the other. It is clear that chems were used. It is unclear by whom. It is clear Assad's removal has been at the top of this administrations list for a few years now.

    No thank you.

To find out what? That Syria didn't sign the CWC? Something tells me KT already knew that...

Nah, it wasn't OK for everyone else. Jeb Bush killed oil drilling off the coast of Florida for his Key Biscayne cronies. It's really funny when a Bush is opposed to oil, but cronies are cronies. He must've been thinking that we really didn't need energy anyway, so why obstruct the ocean views for those $15,000,000 homes.
