Apparently, the new president of Ukraine will provide Ukrainian citizenship to representatives of all peoples who suffer from authoritarian and corrupt regimes. If he's for real and not bluffing, should Mexico use Pope's $500,000 donation money that was given towards refuges to ship all the people who are escaping Central America and who are stock on the USA boarder to Ukraine?
