    Not if the employer had a policy against wearing jewelery and could prove that doing so would diminish the employee's ability to perform the job.

    Who is benefitting from this lunacy ?
    Fanatic religous bigots (almost entirely muslim, while in "their muslim lands" they do the OPPOSITE and any other religion is actively biased against, and heavily at that - the "blasphemy law" in Pakistan for example)) and inevitably the heterophobic politically correct.

    "Skyclad" to me is a heavy metal folk band in Britain, nothing else. And I know nothing about THEM either.

    It is only three years since Britain's blasphemy law was repealed. Fanatic religious bigots are not the majority of believers. Like yourself they are extremists dealing only in false stereotypes, as you do.
