$Teaching aiding & protection that can be in classrooms to assist teachers to help students learn, and to protect school officials and students from violence; at least one teaching aid protection person per classroom per 15 students. $Traffic monitoring in trucks that can look out windows that aren't near drivers and also look at camera monitor screens of blind spots of said trucks for vehicles, pedestrians, and animals. $Land/water minefields/IED/cluster bomb removal robot manufacturing. $Languages, driving, and piloting teaching in schools. $More counseling/therapying to be at rape/domestic violence/mental health/homelessness recovery centers. $Inspection officers for recyclables; we must have more obligatory recycling given how that thrown away items could have evidence of crimes. $Farming, tree cutting, construction, and mining robot manufacturing & repairing & designing. We must reduce physical laboring as much as possible. $Monitoring of land, water, air, and space for crime/potential natural disasters. $More police officers to prevent/stop violent crime.
Give the money to state and local governments to apply how they deem best to create jobs in their communities. It is clearly established by recent performance that the only jobs the federal government can create are federal civil service positions. The best they can do is claim that they have "prevented" more jobs being lost at this point.
