Does Putin tell his conscripts that he is conscripting them to die so he can steal another countries lands? Everyone knows that actual conscripts have the highest probability of dying. Pretty much more than 50% will die if not 75 to 90% of all conscripts.

It's obvious from the footage that it was (I'm a pilot, and know how far out international airspace starts by just looking), and even if it wasn't, it would have been in Ukranian airspace, where pooteen's SU27s have no right to be. No. The NYT was not engaged in propaganda. They decided after the fact that their journalism was flawed, and they apologized for that. Not propaganda at all.
