If you misplace your arrow to the slightest whilst attempting to scroll down the page you wind up getting a registration window on your screen...very irritating...why place it there? It needs to be put somewhere else.

lol, I sometime like to read without being logged in, and find it a little distracting also. But hey... it's working as intended. Hi Jiyuu, I think what is being referred to, is the watermark at the lower right of the main page, prior to sign in. It was added maybe a couple months ago.
