The poor pay too much in taxes. The middle class pays too much in taxes. The rich pay too much in taxes. ...but the super duper rich do not. We can fix our budget problems and run a surplus if we abolish taxes for everyone who makes less than 250 Yottabucks a year, and tax everyone else at 1%. On the one hand it will lower taxes on everyone, yet still be the most progressive tax system ever devised. Brilliant, eh?
