Apparently you do not hear about all the immigrants trying to sneak into the British Isles or those risking their lives in ramshackle boats to cross the sea from Africa to reach Greece and Italy and any part of Europe they can get to??

Can you give us an actual example of this? I'll give you one.
The CEO of Intel made about 67 million last year. Intel has approximately 110,000 employees. Using your cookie numbers, those employees' salaries average $609 per year. Somehow, I don't think they work for that little.

Do you have another example that is better? I'm all ears.

Granted from 1998 but illustrates how the "poor" are defined in the United States and I have no reason to believe other than it has gotten better for our "poor" as in they don't need VCR's anymore because they all have smart phones and streaming.

Prior to Covid the US had the strongest economy in the world.

A lot of that is true. Just look at California. Trump has no voice there and dems enjoy super majority control.
