This last Wednesday Federal Court Judge Katherine Forrest of New York's Eastern District.

Here is a link to the whole case https://www.stopndaa.org/aboutLawsuit.php#decision

It is pretty good to know that we have Judges that will not let the Legislative Branch or Executive Branch walk all over the Constitution. Another interesting point is that this Judge was appointed by Obama. I don't think this should go as a positive for Obama placing her in this position at least not to the point of which it overrides his actions when it comes to NDAA.

So what are your thoughts on this?

Will the Government seek Appeal on this?

About time someone showed some common sense. As a citizen i know I'm getting hammered from a thousand different things from property taxes to being told who I can vote for and how to talk right in public. Enough, already!!!!!

Not entirely true. Judge Forrest issued a preliminary injunction against the NDAA's enforcement. That's not the same thing as declaring it unconstitutional. Additionally, she's from the Southern District, not the Eastern District.
