    Why should Biden even campaign (if he doesn't need to)?

    If the Democrats were smart, and I am doubting that theory more and more these days they would organize a campaign to Flood the request channels for rally ticket and use them as toilet paper.

    The official tally that I saw was ~6100 for the venue.

    That is around 0.6%.
