Ted Cruz has been running around claiming Trump wants to get rid of NATO. Cruz is lying and Trump wants to do no such thing. What Trump wants to do is shrink NATO because he believes as I do that NATO is just more foreign aid and an enormous venture of wasteful spending. These carpet bombing neocons long for the days of the cold war. While Muslims are burning down European countries, Cruz and his Donald Trump hating fellow neocons want Russia remaining solidly the center target of America's military foreign spending. Russia is a lot smaller than it used to be but the Trump hating neocons within the republican party believe Russia has never stopped being the Soviet Union and America's biggest threat and most dangerous enemy. Putin is a fierce Russian nationalist and America led by the war mongering neocons continuing to poke America's finger in the Russian bear's eye with an ever growing and expanding NATO, will never hope to begin the process of putting the Soviet Union behind both the west and Russia and begin the process of developing better relations between both while burying the ghosts of the cold war's past. The Russians are the guardians of our entire civilization's eastern gate. Bomb dropping, war mongering anti Trump Republican neocons could care less and their no longer in existence Soviet boogie man remains their number one dream enemy.
