I would however suggest that this ^^ was the other way around, as your hostility demonstrate it was Iran who had a HOSTILE foreign policy towards the US ever since (1979)

 

History is a bi**h, when it must be considered as important. I am not a fan of a theocracy for it puts the power into the hands of the religious authorities. And this have always been very a bad idea. Religion breeds fanatics. And we have seen this in all of those theocracies.

Now I dunno if these claims about nukes are true, but a nuke in the hands of a theocracy is not a good idea. IMO, unlike NK, this would be a justification to take the nation down, and get rid of the theocracy. And this may surprise some here, given my stance on war mongering. You'd have to be rather naive to think Iran would destroy all their related intellectual property and not secure it in a secret and safe place. It isn't the knowledge, its putting it into action that the agreement prevented.

The Iranian people did what ANY self respecting people would have done and removed the brutal dictator when the opportunity presented itself.

Well, the U.S. is directly responsible for 38 years of brutal dictatorship in that country AND the U.S. did NOT cease aggression against Iran after 1979, it simply used Saddam Hussein's Iraq to weaken Iran.

I don't think Iran wants to blow anyone up with a nuke any more than Pakistan does. Pakistan basically created the Taliban (and probably STILL supports it), you don't see Pakistan threatening to blow up anyone with a nuke.

your argument with Pakistan, I don't buy into the theory that because one person stole a bread that justifies bread stealing. The threat Pakistan pose have always been their lax security and their Intelligence services looking the other way. I do not support nuclear weapons for Pakistan or anyone for that matter. Asfar as i know very few or none of the terrorists or bombings in the west have been shiite muslim and al of them are sunni side up. Which means look closer to arabia and co for those.
