Netanyahu strikes me as being proud of America himself --are YOU proud of the U.S.?

For anyone who doesn't realize it, we SHOULD be proud of America, if we're Americans. And anyone who sincerely reminds us of America's greatness should bring healthy pride to our hearts, whether THEY are Americans or not.

Again, any American who sincerely loves and respects America should bring that pride to our hearts when they speak of America. The fact that the PRESIDENT of America fails to bring that pride to hearts is very, very sad.

Liberals may say or think, "Hearing Obama brings pride to my heart." To hear them say that, makes me wonder if they really understand what if FEELS like to have real pride in their country.-- Let me tell you- it feels WONDERFUL, and it tends to bring a tear to my eye. -- Is that what you feel, liberals?

now it's time to apply the same standard to those traitors who criticize President Obama

 

I agree that we should all be proud of America, especially for the ideals that America was founded upon.

Now, on to what you said about Obama.

Just because Obama does not inspire you does not mean that everyone who claims to be inspired by him is lying or mistaken. That's just poor logic.

It may interest you to know that Obama is actually an inspiration to many around the world. According to a friend of mine who lives in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, many are awestruck that a country of mainly white people elected a person of another race. Race wars all across Africa have been going on for centuries, and this kind of racial reconciliation is inspiring to many.

I'm not defending Obama against all attacks, or even stating that I like him, but that's a facet of his presidency that not many hear of.

 

We criticize Obama because he clearly hates the United States and everything we stand for. Which is ironic because our freedom, prosperity, and opportunities are the reason a scumbag drug addict like him can become President, somehow.

 

"Clearly"? "Scumbag drug addict"? Show me. You don't get to say those things about anyone without ample evidence.

 

Our Founding Fathers demanded that we refrain from all foreign entanglements. REAL Americans who are patriotic adhere to their wisdom. Unpatriotic warmongers who love to see wealthy elites profit from war applaud foreign imperialistic wars.

 

Why do conservatives say...they want to bring America back to it's former greatness? That denotes America has failed. I don't see America as a Failure.

Do conservatives love America as it is now or a romantic ideal of what it once was?

Im pretty sure he wants his people to stop being attacked by groups like Hamas and the Iranian government to openly admit that their goal is to destroy Israel. Probably why he doesnt want Iran to have a nuclear bomb, you reckon?

What detriment? He's done some things I don't like, but for the most part, I've been pretty happy with him.

 

NO AMERICAN should be impressed with flagrant flattery. It is dangerous. It is dangerous for individuals as well as COUNTRIES. Netanyahu made
a campaign stop in the US Congress. Nothing more.

Netanyahu wants nothing more than for us to spend our money and our military people's lives to fight his war.

BTW, do you know the real reason countries want nuclear capabilities? It's not to bomb their neighbor, (which would be stupid, because they'd be bombing themselves too) it's to keep other countries from attacking them.

 

Let me repeat this for the UMPTEENTH TIME. We love our kids. When our KIDS ARE BAD, we scold and punish and HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE. And we still love them! It's the same for countries.

You should have NO LESS expectations of right and wrong for your COUNTRY as you do your CHILDREN.
