I was thinking with all these debates about arbitrary minimum wages, why not create minimum incentives instead. For example for a publicly traded company any profits made in a fiscal year should have a certain percentage set aside for bonuses for their employees. This will directly tie employee benefit to that of the company. wanted to debate this proposal, I am neither for or against.
