I was surprised to see this coming from the NYTimes, but wonders never cease. http://www.nytimes.com/2014/09/28/u...es-care-is-hard-to-find-report-says.html?_r=0 It would seem to me (IMHO) that the authors of ACA had little to no foresight on the impact to Medicaid systems and the problems presented due to the differences between how the states manage Medicaid. Hmmm............ maybe they should have read it first?
