No NDA is signed willingly. A willing NDA is one executed verbally without penalty, preferably with the party promising non-disclosure doing so willingly without coercion and volunteering ahead of being asked or compelled.

    NDAs are unconstitutional.

In some cases since George Washington. In this case the president is not trying to silence anybody.

Utter nonsense. What benefit was denied Mary when she willingly and voluntarily signed the NDA?

You appear to be very poor in comprehension skills. The benefit would have been denied if she had not signed. The benefit for signing would at least have been the absence of action by Trump's law goons.

Are you saying that the benefit denied would have been her capability to break the contract with impunity and no recourse? Surely you jest.

The upcoming election and the NDA help promote her book.

So if you work for a tech company on a special project you sign an NDA to protect the details of the project so others can’t profit if you decide the sell that information. That’s unconstitutional? You live in a family with “secrets” you can’t just go a sell them to make money on a book right before an election. It’s just pure scumbaggery. I’m guessing you’re never done anything important enough to ever have to sign one. Classified information is in the same vein. You can’t just have every joe in govt selling information to the highest bidder without destroying everyone’s trust. And lookie what Democrats have done since 2016. Leaking like a colander. Scumbags.

Dopey Donald Trump has no reason to fear people stealing 'technology' from him.
