New York City implementing curfew at 4 asylum seeker shelters in response to community complaints

    These aren't unmanaged and uncontrolled facilities. These are emergency and crisis shelters. The people inside are registered. You can't just go wondering around in there off the streets. You have to belong there to gain entry. Access to residents is no longer going to be guaranteed. They will now need approval to leave and return outside of certain hours.

    IDK since I have spent no time thinking about what 4 shelters in NYC did last night. Did he?

    Most likely, considering he announced this policy change on the day of a snowstorm. That would be common sense. I appreciate that you don't think the mayor of NYC has common sense, though.

    I really don't know much about the current Mayor of NYC, certainly not enough to have an opinion of him or her.
