The Mandate was given back by the British because of Jewish Terrorism, after we had saved some of the Jews from german death camps.

Very good. Sadly for you the Oxford dictionary is not the United Nations.

So now you are dismissing your own source, Oxford dictionary, which stated that homeland is an autonomous or semi-autonomous state occupied by a particular people?

I understand English, but thanks for the concern!

Russia and the US also liberated Jews from camps, so...?

Today's Israel is not as it was delineated in 1947. Today's Israel is according to the Armistic Lines Agreements from 1949.

Where did I ever talk about a god that promisd something? I'm talking about international laws, and not about a figure that people made.

I'm not sure this qualifies as ethnic cleansing. Didn't Palestinians have the option to accept the State of Israel and join it? That's what is at issue here - a rejection of Israeli government and statehood, a choice to go live in that open prison.

Clearly you do not, you used England as an example of Homeland and a State, it is not.

The Jews got their state by right AND by blood of course. And i actually agree that the British promise is meaningless and worthless, given th UK's has been status and the fact that they in true british treacherous and perfiduous style promised the same land to 3 different entities.

But as far as our academic discussion is concerned, homeland is defined as state by all dictionaries, the Brits promised jews a country, the worldwide UNGA vote confirmed the understanding by establishing a jewish state in Palestine, as the mandate required.

The UN established a Jewish state in Palestine, based on the mandate's requirement of a Jewish Homeland in Palestine, in full compliance with the Orford dictionary lol

I'm still waiting for your answer to my question:

A lot of people do not live in their homeland, it has to do with the sense of the word; one sense of the word says a homeland is where they came from even if they settle somewhere else. Then again, we are dealing with religion, and that changes the definition.

The Jewish homeland, for a religious Jew (strictly following the law) from whatever geographic birth, is the Promised Land regardless of international law. To the Moslem it is Islamic “covenant” land, because the bastard satanic creed stole it and demanded Jews bow down with those who bow down (join Islam) or lose their covenant (“be faithful to (your) covenant with Me, I will fulfill (My) covenant with you,” see [2.40]- [2.43]):

"110a. Not only are the Muslims the chosen people of God, who are now called upon to be the standard-bearers of Truth in the world, but they are at the same time declared to be the best of the people that had ever been chosen for this purpose. This was no doubt due to the excellence of that Great Teacher who thoroughly purified them of the worst vices and made perfect the light within them. No prophet ever found a people in a worse condition, and none ever raised his people to such eminence. Note that the excellence of the Muslim people lies in their enjoining good and forbidding evil and in
their great faith in Allåh. If they lose these characteristics, they lose their excellence as well." http://www.muslim.org/english-quran/ch003-123.pdf

"111a. The Jews in Arabia sided with the enemies of Islåm in their endeavour to extirpate the new religion, and this notwithstanding their pact with the Muslims, but they were not successful in inflicting any serious harm upon the Muslims, and whenever they openly faced the Muslims they fled. As the concluding words show, the idolaters, who gave them secret promises of help, never came to their aid when they were in distress."

112a. Almost the same words, excluding the exception, occur in 2:61. The Jews had already been subjected to the greatest humiliation and disgrace before the appearance of the Prophet. But with the advent of Islåm they could better their condition either by accepting the covenant of Allåh, by which is meant the acceptance of Islåm, or by making a compact of security with such men as could give them protection. This remains true to this day." http://www.muslim.org/english-quran/index.htm

"Surat Al-Imran (III), verses 109-111 Israel will rise and will remain erect until Islam eliminates it as it had eliminated its predecessors." http://middleeast.about.com/od/palestinepalestinians/a/me080106b.htm

A Jewish “national home” can only exist with a state that continues to pass laws to that effect. The idea that Jews could move to Palestine, as a “national home,” and not have rights to self-determination to maintain those rights within the national home by forming a Jewish State is stupid. Regardless of what the retarded anti-Zionists in parliament wanted a “national home” for Jews could only inevitably lead to a State.

    The mandate is now irrelevant.

I never talked about religion regarding the Land of Israel, but I'm only talking about laws. International ones.

The rights of the Mandate are been protected thanks to Article 80 of the UN Charter, and until the Mandate will be fulfilled, nothing will alter in any manner the rights whatsoever of any states or any peoples or the terms of existing international instruments.

I know you didn't bring up religion the snake responded to yours after mine.

Religion is the issue driving both sides, it is what defines what a Jew is, regardless of international laws or mandates which can change.

Hey, I could say, I'm Palestine, but there is no way to mandate I get to live there under legitimate law that does not make Palestine a religion instead of a geographic region. On the other hand, become a Jew (Israel), you should get to live there even if you used to be a Russian descended from Vikings... Become a Moslem, you get to go to Mecca without being killed.

President Truman, to his everlasting shame- recognized Israel on behalf of the USA. However, he recognized a ' state of Israel '- not a ' Jewish state ' In fact, he went as far as to cross out ' Jewish state ' on the document. That at least was wise.

John Kerry recently said that " Israel can be a Jewish state or a democracy- not both ". He's wrong. Israel can never be a Jewish state. 25% of Israeli citizens are not Jewish.

You're simply repeating the debunked fallacy that you posted previously. No doubt you'll post the debunked fallacy again- but you'll never have it accepted. It ain't true.

Israel is a Jewish State, until it changes it's name, he just replaced the title with the reality.

Hang the Moabitess, “Ruth is not a Jew, Ruth is not a Jew.” If Ruth had been a Russian, the so-called “Palestinians” would still be hypocrites and ethnic cleansers who want to bring up Jewish people (Israel) as Arabs in deep spiritual way:

    “Article 8: Bringing up Palestinian youth in an Arab and nationalist manner is a fundamental national duty. All means of guidance, education and enlightenment should be utilized to introduce the youth to its homeland in a deep spiritual way that will constantly and firmly bind them together.” http://www.un.int/wcm/content/site/palestine/pid/12363 {sorry, link must have been too embarrassing to the cause}

“Article 7: Jews of Palestinian origin are considered Palestinians if they are willing to live peacefully and loyally in Palestine.” (ibid)

“[2.40] O children of Israel!" They were no official State of Israel then, it was occupied by the Byzantines.

No.. the issue is not religion.. it never was. Christians, Jews and Muslims lived in Palestine for 1300 year. The problem is Zionism.. Why don't you read what they did even back in the 1920s when they were all Bolsheviks???

You know who Martin Van Crevel is?

    This is from 2003.

"We possess several hundred atomic warheads and rockets and can launch them
at targets in all directions, perhaps even at Rome. Most European capitals
are targets of our air force."

Creveld, a professor of military history at the Hebrew University in
Jerusalem, pointed out that "collective deportation" was Israel's only
meaningful strategy towards the Palestinian people.

"The Palestinians should all be deported. The people who strive for this
(the Israeli government) are waiting only for the right man and the right
time. Two years ago, only 7 or 8 per cent of Israelis were of the opinion
that this would be the best solution, two months ago it was 33 per cent,
and now, according to a Gallup poll, the figure is 44 percent."

No- Israel is not a ' Jewish state '. Truman refused to recognize a ' Jewish state '. Kerry acknowledges that Israel cannot be a ' Jewish state ' and a democracy simultaneously.
It can call itself a ' Jewish state '. It can act as a ' Jewish state ' - but ' Jewish state ' it ain't. 25% of Israeli citizens are not Jewish. Try declaring the USA a ' Christian country '.

Very true Moon. The sad reality is that Truman was bribed to vote for Israel. It got him the presidency and as such probably can be said to be the end of democracy in the US.. Truman's position was strongly opposed by the State Department, particularly Marshall who correctly saw the situation developing as it has - one of the main reasons why Israel did not have support from the US apart from this till 67.

Truman's letters to Eleanor Roosevelt are interesting.. In them he despairs that the abused have become bullies as soon as they got the upper hand.

The Balfour Declaration was a British invention brought about by their antisemitism and belief that Jews ruled the world and could get the US into WW1 and win it for them. You need also to remember that most Western Jews, particularly American and British were against Zionism. They particularly made sure that nothing was in the Balfour Declaration which would say anything about a State. Indeed one of the most prominent British Jews at the time, Edwin Montague, only agreed to it with much suffering 'as an aid to winning the war' (not his actual quote but that is roughly it). The British knew exactly how good this would be also on a psychological level given that the whole west seemed at the time to believe that Jews ruled the world. They arranged for leaflets about this deal to be dropped on Germany and it's allies believing that would scare the hell out of them. There possibly was some sanity in the German's belief that Jews lost them WW1.

This 2001 British article on it is pretty accurate. The reason for the Balfour Declaration was a mixture of the British desire to get the US into WW1 and the religious desires of Christian Zionists for armageddon but very very deliberately on the demands of American and British Jews no state was offered.

Kerry is inarticulately saying Israel will lose its Jewishness if it absorbs the Moslems/Palestinians (refugees who will magically increase in number), and can’t be democratic without giving them representation.

In God we Trust, does not mean we are a Christian country. The Je-usurer Liberal Republicrat pukes established a VISA National Treasure Sweepstakes vampire blood bank in my attic on the invite of one, see credit card act and two FED rulings, and I cannot live in a Teepee or tiny house on my own land because the Satanists prefer we all serve the vampire Je-usurers who do not labor or spin.

May is a scardy cat or a Trumpy lush....first of all Britain who voted yes, not abstained in the vote has been claiming it was not Obama who engineered this vote but the UK!! Well done UK...but now after a telling off from Netanyahu she is telling the Obama admin who abstained, did not vote yes for the vote, that it was wrong to criticise Israel.

Needless to say the US is somewhat surprised at this double talk.

Why did she engage in this duplicity? The BBC thinks because she wants to have a love affair with Trump but it may also be that she has agreed to a new definition of antisemitism which is highly criticised by Jews critical of Israel in the UK as they say it takes the very worst of the EU working def on antisemitism - that is it equates criticism of Israel with antisemitism and May has said this will be law in the UK - i.e. it will be against the law to be critical of Israel. Netanyahu had a word with her - possibly explaining the pit she has put herself into.......

Its not institutional but personal. You see this throughout the Western world. People prefer to live amongst those who are similar to them. There are separate neighborhood throughout the western world. same with schools black/white in some places/ religious.....

Israel is more tribal like the regional peoples. Most Arabs also chose to live amongst Arabs in Israel, same with race/religion but more often than not its cultural/ideological. There is more hostility towards a Jew moving to an Arab neighborhood than the other way around. I am speaking left wing who are violently thrown out of towns by Arabs when moving in. I lived next to few Arab families in my last location. More Arabs are moving to Jewish neighborhoods especially in Jerusalem and the so called settlements surrounding.

There are problems, the conflict has a long history, and riots in many western nations Israels not the only place with problems. This government has made some mistakes but has done more than most in history for the non-Jewish community in Israel. They have finally listened to the pleas of the Arab local leadership for order to be restored in their communities for examples, money for education, building especially in Jerusalem.
My life in so called apartheid Israel was getting on the bus joking to the Muslim bus driver I know who runs some of the routes I go on. Then at work I switch shifts with a Palestinian who learned Hebrew and left the hatred from the neighborhood behind to join society. We dont agree on most things but friends nonetheless. Worked same job as me same pay. Its not as people perceive.
