So you're wrong about it being major news, wrong about the feds, wrong that this is 4th generation thing, wrong that people of the era of Jim Crow laws are senile by now, refuse to respond how morals and values are obviously passed down to peoples children, also the racist ones, pretend that in a highschool where multiple children expressed their racist heritage rather well don't know a noose is a reference of white extremists lynching black people / racist death threats. You're right. Black people should be more offended by handcuffs and leg irons than by nooses since more blacks have worn handcuffs and leg irons than have worn nooses.

The school cops will have to start checking all of the students for ropes as well as for guns and knives.
