    Ballot scheduled for Thursday.

It looks like Higgins will just scape in, Mc Guiness really seems to have shook Gallagher with his brown envelopes.

Higgins will prob be okay even if he is a socialist who seems to have idoloised Mao.

Dana will probably not reach the reqiured 1/4 of the quota and will suffer significant financial loss. Feel bad for her, but am glad that there is so little support for her insanity. Still further discrimination against independants.

There is almost no chance of signifcant reform of nomination process, unless it is taken up in the review but agian dountful.

We probably need a law preventing the holding of constitutional referenda on the same day as national elections. The too referenda have been almost completely ignored by the media. There has been a terrible failure to facilitate any debate on the issues.

I support the reduction of judges pay but am nervous about the wording. I think there is a genuine arguement to be made about the seperation of powers.

I am really really afraid that the oireachtas inquiries amendment will be passed. The last provision is an outright attack on the rights of Irish citizens to due process amd judicial review of government action.
