Does that give Republicans ground for impeachment of Biden? Remember, the Democrats impeached Trump, because Trump wanted to criminally investigate Biden. Since Biden was running for president, the Democrats said that he was trying to target a political rival. Therefore, doesn't this meet the precedent for bipartisan support for impeachment?

Thank you, and have a nice day.

Why would you want to take a chance on removing the best advertisement for the next Republican president.
Nobody has as many disasters and all he will do is produce more

Oh, he will never be convicted. So why not just start impeachment early? Impeach him as much as we can. Democrats have abused the impeachment power. So, let's just return the favor with their guy.

What have we learned from the Trump presidency... impeachment can be used as optics in the eyes of the" court of public opinion"... We just watched 6 years of 2 fake impeachment and a $240 million dollar Mueller investigation... and a third impeachment attempt with the committee... and all right in front of you on your TV.....

Removal is a moot point, the public display of an impeachment is the way to go... Commie-la would be a worse choice anyway..
I say let's do 3 impeachments like they tried on Trump.... that seems to be a liberal crowing point, Trump was impeached twice... giggle, giggle
    Let's start here
Aiding and abetting our enemies by giving the Taliban $80 billion in our equipment..
Open borders law not being followed and enforced..
Who participated in a failed coup attempt to overthrow an American citizen and then a duly elected president

Then we can call Biden "thrice impeached."

Any impeachment will have an easily predictable end as it is corrupted by partisan loyalty and devoid of fair and equitable judgment. In other words it will be a kangaroo court with kangaroos on both sides making biased self serving calls.

Given today's politics, freed from many of the guard rails of the past, a federal House of Representatives impeachment of the President of the United States of America may be little more than a written version of a verbal denunciation. We had an example of dropping useless bills in the hopper with the many Republican bills [Over 50,] to eliminate the Affordable Care Act.

Regards, stay safe 'n well 'n enjoy the show.

I would love for Biden to be impeached so at the very least hopefully people will stop whining about Trump having been impeached. At the end of the day being impeached doesn't really do much. In Trump's case, he continued being president. Hell, he has a possible chance of being president again. So by all means, please impeach Biden so people can 'feels' better

I sure hope so. Or... at least, that Republicans are stupid enough to think so. I don't think anything would boost Biden's chances in 2024 than Republicans ridiculing themselves because they think that "Democrats impeached Trump twice" is "High Crimes and Misdemeanors" committed by the opposition party's candidate. The American people already saw the high bar set by Democrats for Trump's impeachments, so it should be really fun to see House Republicans making fools of themselves. I think Democrats called to testify (IF they decide to call anybody) will be eager to help Republicans sink themselves even further.

Now.... reality check. Of course it's not going to happen. Republicans are not THAT stupid. But it is a fun thought experiment.

This is a wonderful thread that explains just what MAGA politicians want for the American people: vengence.
I wonder if this will help them in 2024.

If President Biden ever incites goons to attack outnumbered police defending democracy, or absconds with classified documents, stashes them away, and lies about them, obviously, he should be impeached.

Republicans are focused upon flushing away the trumpery, not perpetuating trumpy petty vendettas.

A forced reckoning over a poor election performance has ruptured the Republican Party, sparking conflict at the highest levels over what went wrong and spurring challenges to the top two GOP leaders in Congress while the party grapples with whether to nominate Donald Trump for president again in 2024.

“I’m a physician, so I would say when the patient dies, you do an autopsy. So this is, in effect, the post-mortem,” said Sen. Bill Cassidy, R-La., arguing that the party must move on from Trump after it "underperformed" in the midterms.

“We need to have a message which looks to the future, which addresses the needs of the American people, doesn’t focus upon times past and doesn’t focus on a single individual,” he said.

Obsessing over the past, and keeping the focus on Trump while doing so, is not a prescription for success.

Republicans should be denouncing Democrats who wallow in trumpery.

The last three impeachments weren’t bipartisan. Bill Clinton’s was all Republican, Trump’s 2 was all Democratic. Nothing bipartisan in none of the three. Will the Republicans impeach Biden? I sure they will at some time to come. But it will be revenge for the Democrats impeaching Trump twice. The Republicans will also not allow certain house democrats to be on committees in retaliation for Pelosi denying McCarthy’s choices for the 1-6 committee. They’ll be plenty of political payback for sure.

Maxine Waters is my spirit animal when it comes to impeaching Biden.

Replace the word "45" with "46," "woke," with "conservative," and "contempible" with "contemptible," and that is essentially my feelings on the subject:

Come on, Golem, don't you think Biden is "contempible"?

Yep! She'd definitely have Trump by the balls if she ever got to interrogate him in an impeachment trial.

No, I think he's a nice guy. Somebody you might want to have a beer with. He's just not my favorite President.

That's how I feel about Dubya. Terrible POTUS, buy I'd love to have beers with that dude.

Trump on the other hand probably drinks bitch cocktails if he even drinks at all.

Absolutely. Did a lot of damage to this country. But amazing sense of humor! Funniest President I have ever seen. I guess if Ben Franklin had been President, he might have rivaled Bush in this sense. But NOBODY else.

Their Disdain for Trump Is Veiled Hatred for You

'What unites these people isn’t just their opposition to Trump as a political candidate. They are utterly repulsed by the people Trump represents, and they are nothing short of disdainful of the American people who told them to shove it.'

    It's on.

'They hate Trump, but they really hate you. You, your family, and your community are supposed to finance their special interests with your tax dollars until the end of time. They couldn’t stand having their interests put on the back burner for four brief years while Trump advanced the interests of the American people. Trump’s willingness to actually deliver for the people, effectively giving them a semblance of control over the government, wasn’t supposed to happen.'

They didn't want us to taste prosperity.

'The elites hate Trump and the MAGA movement because populism gives the everyday person a say in how America runs.'

Well, Trump or not, it's on.

Has Biden asked a leader of a foreign country to dig up dirt on Trump or any of his enemies?
