NPR Poll: Independents Believe Democrats Are a Bigger Threat’ to American Democracy Than Republicans

Looks like the Demshave a lot of work to do to convince the public that Repubs are such a threat


Independents believe that the Democratic Party more than the Republican Party is “the bigger threat” to American democracy, according to an NPR/PBS NewsHour/Marist poll released on Monday.

In response to the question, “In general, which party do you think is the bigger threat to democracy in the United States,” 41 percent of Independents said the Democratic Party, while 37 percent said the Republican Party. Among national adults, 42 percent said the former, while 41 percent said the latter. Among national registered voters, 43 percent said the Democratic Party, while 42 percent said the Republican Party.

So you don’t believe an NPR poll published by MSN but you believed CNN and MSNBC when they told you for months about a Russian collusion and pee tape. The left wing media and democrats pushed bogus news for four years in their attempt to undo democracy. Remember Schiff saying the evidence is in plain sight? Well, where was it? He was trying to unseat a duly elected president and the media tan with it. Then that same media turned a blind eye to Biden’s racism, pedophilia and groping of women along with the sexual abuse allegations against him.

I could go on for a long time, but the biggest threat to our democracy right now is how the media shapes the news and is controlled by the DNC.

 

Here is a video montage of the left wing media repeating time and time again what the DNC told them to say when Clinton nearly collapsed in NYC, she was going to ‘power through it.’ When the media shills for a political party or candidate then that’s a threat to our democracy.

Why am I not surprised?

 

Sorry, I'm not saying I doubt it was actually published by NPR, I'm saying I don't have to believe the numbers. Who physically took the survey and their integrity? Where was it taken? How many people were surveyed? What percent of error? There are a lot of questions that come to mind when someone makes a big issue out of a survey.

I agree with you Steve, except that I dont think the Media is controlled at all by the DNC. The media is controlled by conglomerates that care about nothing more than ratings, which in turn equal dollars.

The other part of the equation is this:

The MEDIA as a whole sells sensation. Truth hasn’t mattered in media since the Fairness Doctrine was eliminated.

The core probes with social medias isnt that everyone has a voice, its that too many people believe things that their friend Debbie posted on Facebook because she got it from a friend who knows a guy who’s DOG shares a bowl at doggy day care with someone who knows the doorman at Newt Gingrich’s sisters condo.

 

I assume this is heading towards a lame "you Nazi-loving scumbag" sort of a gotcha, but IDGAF, so ... I wouldn't say I'm a "fan", but he was certainly a brilliant rocket engineer that accomplished amazing things.
