Being forced to test for your rights based solely on age is literally the definition of age discrimination.
Tell the class what standard such a law has to pass.

1) So NOW you want procedural due process?
2) SUBSTANTIVE due process prevents the "well I made a procedure so I can **** with you now" justifications. There are things you have a right not to be ****ed with on, and methods you cannot use to **** with people. For purposes of this discussion: Age discrimination for example.

"Background checks" for what? A criminal record? I'm looking to have electronic gun permits. You can verify you're selling to someone legit if they have an active gun permit.
