    is before the US Supreme Court. It involves a case where the NRA Claims that NYS threatened "regulated entities" if they did business with the NRA. The second circuit found against the NRA but the US Supreme Court agreed to review the ruling. (which often means there are some justices who will overturn the decision). Here is a summary

    There have been reports of some credit card services discriminating against firearms dealers etc. This allegation by the NRA seems even more pernicious
