But Biden does not have financial ties to China. We know this because he released his tax returns. Trump has not released his tax returns. But the New York Times has obtained at least some of them. And they found that Trump has a Chinese bank account, and suggest he has collected earnings from that country while serving as president.

I'm going to predict that John Roberts won't want the court involved in the election without a solid case of wrongdoing. He's been very protective of the image and perception of the court and I doubt he will want to legitimize it by creating the perception that a president who doesn't want to leave the White House can run to the court and invalidate the results of an election they lost. I think it would take some pretty substantiated claims in order for him to want to get involved, and the Trump campaign has presented nothing close to that in any of the many challenges they've raised.

All of this is being done despite the obvious. Republican voters flipped on Trump. With the numbers so close, that's why he is losing. Republicans flipped on him but voted Republican on the rest of the ballot. That's why the Republicans did great in most every other election except for the president. Not every Republican is a Facebook post worthy diehard Trump fanatic. There were enough that understood that his toxic nature and immaturity were more damaging to the country than the policies he might pursue are good. And they know they have the rest of the Republicans to do most of that for them anyway, since it was those Republicans who did the bulk of the work on the things that did get done during his 1st term. So they reelected those Republicans and voted Biden for president.

 

Funny how they all sound like they came out of a QAnon playbook.

 

How well your life is going is dependent nearly entirely upon you. You might very well be succeeding despite the government rather than because of it and would be much better off now than you are if the government had been different.
