I could say the same thing to you... and me saying it is far more valid than you saying it.

You know what? When you're ready for an adult conversation, let me know. Otherwise, go peddle your childishness somewhere else.

Where is your backup for this statement? One of the countries cited, Poland, is in the top 10 countries in the world for reported crime, along with the US, and yet Poland's homicide rate is very low. The same can be said for Australia and Canada. Here's a link. Perhaps you could provide some hard data?

Japan went to the extreme. Period. You can't be where Japan is today without going to the extreme.

What part of "we can learn a lot from them" is not getting across?

Crime in general was not mentioned regarding the various countries around the world, only firearm-related deaths. Can you cite a single example of a country having a firearm-related homicide rate that was equal to or greater than the united states at any time in history, prior to implementing strict firearm-related legislation, and experiencing a steep drop to current levels afterward?

I gave you data to refute your statement, and you change the subject. Through my link, I have demonstrated that gun violence is not just a cultural problem, as you said. As shown, many countries that have outlawed guns, still have a lot of criminal activity, showing there is still a criminal culture. And these countries have very low death-by-firearm rates, which undoubtedly, wouldn't be the case, if guns were legal.
