Fox did not uphold their fiduciary responsibility to shareholders when they settled with Dominion. I was told Fox would blow the lid of democrat corruption during the discovery process, and instead of bringing the proof to light in the court room, they settled for $800 million which will only further harm shareholders. They could have protected investors by disclosing the evidence they found during discovery, but for whatever reason they are more interested in burying the truth and injuring shareholders.
