I thought that a major portion of the nancys almost trillion dollar stimulus was supposed to cover infrastructure improvements. It did not work 3 years ago, why would it work now ? Just more evidence of incompetence from someone that thinks more regulations and more spending is going to help. I wonder if he can't notice that the US public is tired of him spending even more of their money, what a idiot we have for PoTUS
