CPFER has hired Larry Klayman, ESQ. the founder of Judicial Watch and Freedom Watch but Klayman will be appearing in his private capacity in this case. According to CPFER and Klayman, Arpaio is being subjected to an illegal and unconstitutional recall effort in a politically if not criminally motivated attempt to harass and prevent Arpaio from carrying out his duties as the chief law enforcement officer of Maricopa County. Since Arpaio was only recently reelected to a sixth term on November 6, 2012, Respect Arizona’s petition is not only untimely but fails to set forth any valid grounds for a recall so soon after this election.

There are other open questions about his eligibility. If he was adopted by Barry Soetoro, then where is that paperwork and when did he change his name back to Obama?

Why can't we see his college applications? Do they say Soetoro or Obama? Did he get foreign aid? He himself said he wasn't a good high school student (smoked weed and skipped classes, was a member of the Choom Club - read his own autobiography). How'd he pull off going to such fancy schools? How'd he do in those fancy schools? Records are unavailable because Obama has paid attorneys to prevent any of this to come out in public.

Many, many questions remain unanswered about this man. My theory is that it is too big of a mess to deal with so everybody keeps their head in the sand. It is not because of lunatics that this "rumor" won't die. It is because we have a corrupt liar in our White House and it is unbelievable to most of us that this situation is tolerated.

Maybe down the road we will know the real story. I can't wait to see the man behind bars for all of his lies. I hope we can untangle the mess he has made of this country in 4 short years.

I don't agree with the journalists who claim that Obama is not eligible to be President, but at the same time, to curse them with a epithet such as "birther"... It's like, if it bothers you so much that somebody might want to investigate or research something, if it bothers you enough that you're compelled to mock them or ridicule them, well, you've lost my respect.

 

I am not aware of any journalists who claim Barack Obama is not eligible.

There is a very small cadre of people who believe a plethora of theories as to why Barack Obama cannot possibly be eligible- and no amount of evidence to the contrary makes a dent in them. "Birther" is a very convenient label for them, much like 'Truthers' is for the 9/11 Truthers.

After 4 years of refuting their idiotic claims I am comfortable mocking them.
