Obama Decimated His Own Party Unlike Any Other Modern President

On nearly every level of government, Democrats have lost more seats under Mr. Obama than under any other two-term modern president dating back to Dwight Eisenhower.

Democrats have lost 13 net Senate seats, 69 House seats, 11 governorships, a whopping 913 state legislature seats and 30 state legislature chambers, according to analysis from the Washington Post. That makes Mr. Obama the overseer of the biggest loss in Senate seats, House seats and state legislature seats of any of the past seven two-term presidencies, the second biggest loser of state legislature chambers (Mr. Nixon/Mr. Ford lost 31 to Mr. Obama’s 30) and fourth biggest loser of governorships (tied with Bill Clinton).

Thank goodness this apology-in-chief is out of the white house in January.

 

The Hillary campaign relied very heavily on Obama's approval numbers and believed carrying on Obama's Presidency was the best way to ensure her victory. They had Obama stump for her explaining how his Presidency would basically continue as long as Clinton won.

Turns out it was a very bad gamble. Democrats have lost big during his Presidency, mostly because of him and his policies, and she should have distanced herself as much as possible from him.

It's too bad Jim Webb was deemed too conservative for Hillary's Alinskyite base of support. He was a reasonable man.

Seeing him and his family get on that helicopter and sail off into the sunset has been a fantasy of mine for a long time. Can't wait!

 

I'm getting a nice cigar for the moment he's left the white house. And fancy whiskey. Something nice to take it in that he's finally gone.

 

I hope Trump relishes the opportunity to attack so much of what Obama has done once he's in the White House. Just pick off one accomplishment at a time, being very deliberate and vocal about it every step of the way. Nobody deserves a bigger F-U than Obama.

They called Trump supporters stupid but somehow forgot the people they called stupid have a vote.... now I ask... who's stupid?

There were rumblings (warnings) with mid-term elections and state governments but the "so called smart people" just snubbed their noses at the people. I always said, you can abuse people only so much before they will rise against you, and that they did!
