>>>MOD EDIT Quoted Post Deleted<<< Michelle looks kinda... Well... Big! Maybe, Obama Jr. Is in the cards? As for telling others how to spend their time, you're right on. For six long years, we the Conservatives been telling Obama to do his (*)(*)(*)(*)ing job!
If a President attended one military funeral, why wouldn't he be expected to attend them all? I don't see why a General's funeral should be treated as more significant - if anything, the opposite would be true. People often find partners at their place of work (especially those who tend to work long hours). Politicians and journalists will naturally see a lot of each other in their work so inevitably some will form relationships. I don't see anything automatically wrong about that.
In the top photo. The one next to 'bama walking down the steps....she gonna be a 'fox'. Obie better keep hiz eye on her.
`Maybe the President should take the time to go to the Funeral of a fallen General...or pick up the phone and call Mexico....to free our Marine held captive there....sickening....Americans know the "Pathetic" Left hates the Military... Disgusting!
Did you vote for him? I didn't I knew that he was a self-centered, incompetent person who was basically a marketing experiment by Axelrod. But, the majority of voters twice elected him so we have what we have.
What else you got?? OH NO! The Obama's attended a friends wedding. Hell REPUBLICANS had a SUPREME COURT JUSTICE marry a RW radio talking head addict and FELON. (Or when RUSH managed to avoid jail time did he get the felony expunged?)
Oh good lord. 1. The President and his family was personally invited to said wedding of their friend 2. Weddings are joyous occasions no matter who is marrying whom 3. So, where were you when the general was laid to rest? DId you attend or were you sitting on your couch watching
Agreed. The soldiers who do 99% of the actual dying should be held in a much higher esteem than a General if we're going to be talking about elected officials being "required" to attend military funerals.
Really? A thread to bash Obama for going to his friends wedding? Rightwingers really are the bottom of the barrel when it comes to intelligence.
How ironic that a general did some of that dying and you think he shouldn't be held in as high esteem as his soldiers.
That's my point. Obama doesn't go to military funerals. So why would he get called out on not attending a general's funeral but not the funerals for the thousands of lower ranked troops that have died in Iraq and Afghanistan under his watch?
Heh, how else do you explain them identifying with a failed ideology that has never worked anywhere in the entire world?
Well you know, not that long ago Obama told some guest 'What's great about being the president is I can do anything I want" and that's exactly what he's doing.... whatever he wants to do.
Does the golfer in chief attend every wedding in America or only a select few? If he's too busy for fallen servicemen your dear fuhrer should be too busy for weddings too. Obumer didn't even send a White House flunky to the generals funeral but did have White House staff at the funeral of the dead black thug in ferguson,
They look nice, but I've never heard of an entire family wearing black to a wedding. Maybe that's how they do it in Kenya.
The jealous right just hate the fact that THIS president is doing the same thing that every other President has done. I mean THIS President should not be allowed to attend a friend's wedding, because THIS President needs to act differently. They are afraid he is being uppity.
Speaking only for myself I just hate Obama. He's a lazy president with a fat wife who likes to party at weddings instead of doing the nations business. But your dear fuhrer hated America before America hated him.
Exactly prior to being elected in 08 it was clear the disdain he held for the country and the military. It was verified the first few years yet he was-re-elected. In other words, the majority of voters wanted a POTUS with disdain of country and military.
I'm sorry, but I just don't waste time or brain power devoting my life to finding every tiny thing I could potentially get fake pissed about in regards to Obama. I didn't even do it for Bush. I don't care what weddings he goes to, how much he plays golf, or whose funeral he attends. I hate funerals. I don't blame the guy for not going. So I'm not going to get pretend outraged because he's not doing something that I personally hate doing myself and that is absolutely positively unnecessary to do his job. Stick with policy complaints. At least there you have some water to tread. Here you just look like a jackass.
An excellent observation, but no - I've been to one, and Kenyan weddings are very colorful. Now, a funerals is another matter
