How do you know Cummings intimidated that witness? How come Darrell Issa doesn't want the republicans testimony that would clear this whole thing up in ten minutes? How come he won't allow the profer of the witness? He got caught with his pants down that's why. If Lerner had been allowed to testify with immunity at her lawyers request this would all be over. That is not what Issa wants. We now know if the country wants the truth they can get it. We just have to talk to Darrell Issa to see if he wants to hear the truth. first off you need to ask your self who has the most to gain from her death or threating her with death there for not being able to or scared to testify

you don't know crap about investigations and how they are conducted first off you don't give immunity unless you know what you are giving immunity too
second you don't throw a fish back into the water unless you have a bigger one on the line. You use the tool of immunity to be able to implicate others up the chain of command
if she has information to implicate bigger fish give her immunity if not and she as far as it goes throw the book at her lock her up

Sorry but this thing has blown wide open. Darrell Issa had the chance to receive the truth, and he refused it. He would not allow Lerner to profer so as to testify that the republican IRS chief who is a republican was responsible for the targeting. And, his motives were not political. Which means he and everyone else did nothing wrong other than their jobs, and there isn't a thing Issa can do about it. Now that we have the name of the person, all Issa has to do is let the truth come forward. Guess what? He doesn't want to know. Now Darrell Issa is exposed for who he really is; a crook and a liar. And now it was proven.

 

Don't worry the Special Prosecutor will get to the bottom of it.

 

Like I said; we do not need her testimony. We already know what she was hiding. It's the IRS republican chief. He was the one doing the targeting even though the targeting according to the law, doesn't mean anything either. Either way, we now know it is in Darrell Issa's hands if he wants the truth. Right now we know he doesn't want it.
