Do you want to know why they are silent? It's because this is what they want. They want the government to determine who gets care and who does not. They want the government to control the list of who gets service next and who has to wait. They want government to control who pays what and who pays nothing.

Anthem Blue Cross, a private company, is denying coverage to this guys because of the Affordable Care Act, despite there not being a single thing to indicate that is correct, true, accurate, or not completely made up nonsense.

Have I adequately described your positions? I do not want to presume anything, and I want to make sure I am not inaccurate on your thoughts.

 

Thank you OP for showing us what a real death panel looks like for anyone who didn't know. Most of us already knew the real death panels have existed for decades in the private HC industry and this is just another example.

It's not like this HC provider doesn't have a track record of doing things just like this:

"In all 90 files, there was no evidence (that Blue Cross), before rescinding coverage, investigated or established that the applicant's omission/misrepresentation was willful," the DMHC report said.

 

ALL plans MUST COMPLY with the ACA! What don't you understand? Weren't we told that the ACA will NOT allow people to be dropped like that? Were we or were we not told this?

Private insurance was denying coverage before Obamacare, and will be doing so after Obamacare.

Let's get honest: If private insurers have to comply with 'Obamacare', that doesn't mean that they are 'Obamacare'. It means that they have minimal standards. If private insurers voluntarily choose to not cover somebody, you can't blame the ACA.
