Is anyone familiar with Jon Naughton? He's the artist who also painted "The Forgotten Man" in 2010. Well he has a new painting, it's called "Obamanation" and it's awesome! He even has it on his website, where you can interact with the painting....This is a quote from his website: "To those who scoff or wish to trivialize this painting, I challenge you I DARE YOU study the links of the various symbols and metaphors that you see. There are over 60 in the painting. No person can analyze this image and learn about these facts and still, in good conscience, vote for Obama in 2012." check it out at: http://www.mcnaughtonart.com/artwork/view_zoom/423 Here's the new painting...(I still have no idea how to post it larger)....just click it I suppose.
That's pretty interesting how you can run your pointer over an object on the painting and a brief description can then be read.
Of course, there are few police officers left in the USA who'll vote Republican. Half my family is police, and they've all recently become Democrats. A deliberate campaign of demonizing unions and public employees tends to have that effect. For the low, low price of $1250, you can get a signed print. I'd jump on that. This stuff is almost as good as Thomas Kincade's work, and has equally good investment potential. And just think of how impressed your guests will be when they see it hanging it in the living room!
Lol....you have got to be kidding me with this! My brother is a cop, all his friends are cops, their family members are cops.....and they absolutely hate Obama. My brother says he knows of not a single one that would EVER vote for Obama now, a couple who did before....but have been turned of by Obama ever since the "police acted stupidly". Most think Obama is actually a racist.
"Demonizing" ? How about calling it "realism" ? We have public employees all over the country who are able to retire way before the rest of us and collect a pension for the rest of their lives that would even make Mitt Romney blush. Go talk to the mayor of San Bernardino, California. He'll show you how public employees being able to retire at 50 and collecting a pension for 40 (*)(*)(*)(*)ing years have bankrupted his city! Ever think that maybe these people are expecting a little too much from taxpayers ? How about we try to live in reality and realize we cannot continue down this path !
