    OBAMA'S A HYPOCRITE!!!
http://www.americanparchment.com reported a huge contradiction in his rhetoric. He said that the GOP were moving the goal post on immigration and the border. Saturday it was reported that Napolitano, Obama's DHS director couldn't reach the goals set for the border and so was redesigning her yard stick... goal posts... in order to reach a goal.

THE WH HAD TO SET EASIER GOALS FOR THE BORDER BECAUSE THEY COULDN'T REACH THE ONES ALREADY SET.

AZ Sheriff: Why More Troops at Korean Border Than U.S. Border?
Monday, June 20, 2011 – Arizona Sheriff Paul Babeu said the Obama administration’s decision to extend the deployment of 1,200 U.S. National Guard troops along the U.S. border with Mexico until Sept. 30 is “pandering” and that those numbers “fall far short” of what military power is needed to keep the country safe.

I posted this in another thread, but revised it to fit this one.

Everything this Country is going through is not the fault of just one President, but many, since the time of World War II, and maybe a little before.

Department of Homeland Security, and Janet Nepalitano have said, "The borders are more secure than ever." "The border is secure."

Yeah, right. That's why American Ranchers along the border are being killed, homes and lands being run over by the cartels, Border Patrol Agents getting shot and killed, etc.

Some people think and believe we don't need guns in this Country, and that the 2nd Amendment no longer applies, and is not necessary.

    MOLON LABE!!!

That's about as liberal and stupid a thought as Janet Nepalitano and DHS saying our borders are secure.

The federal government has dropped the ball in securing our borders with Mexico, that's why the states, at least the State of Arizona, is taking it upon itself to secure its own border. That is the RIGHT, POWER, DUTY, and SOVEREIGNTY of a free State, to protect and secure its own borders, NOT the federal government's. Do you know why we're in the mess we're in? Because we have expected the federal government to do everything, and they were NEVER supposed to to begin with.

And it's the fault of the American People that we have allowed our Country to become so far gone. We're taking her back, though, to its original Constitutional Republic.

Constitutional State Militias, volunteers, of which I belong to, who support and fund themselves from their own finances, their own weapons, their own ammunition, their own gear, supplies, and equipment, their own fuel, their own vehicles, their own food, their own water...that is what our Founding Fathers had in mind for a FREE State and FREE Country.

Some say, "Oh, that's the National Guard." NO, it's not. They're federal. They're Military. They're paid. Militias are not.

It is a fact that, out of the four Border States with Mexico, more than half of ALL illegal immigration, human, drugs, and arms smuggling/trafficking happens in Arizona alone. Folks, that's a MAJOR problem.

Once again, DHS and Janet Nepalitano claim the border is more secure than it ever has been.

The war on the border is America's silent war. You don't hear much about it unless you live in a Border State.

When we asked for help, the federal government posted signs, basically saying, "DANGER, possible smuggling happening in the area..." A major portion of Southern Arizona has been closed off because of the cartels. But our border is more secure than ever.

That's why we've taken it upon ourselves to do what we were supposed to do to begin with. It's NOT the federal government's job, it's ours, the Citizens of this Country, the Free State(s). It is the right and sovereignty of each State to secure its border.

GOD BLESS Pinal County Sheriff, Paul Babeu, and those like him and with him, who are defying the federal government in securing our borders. The Citizens of Arizona back you, Sir.

FOR THE PRESERVATION AND RESTORATION OF THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, AND THE REPUBLIC!

None of them are, none of us are telling us the truth, but are rather peddling for votes.
    Sad, isn't it?

    Very.

And those of us living in the Border States are fed up.

It makes sense that the government has been hesitant about securing the border with Mexico because the United Nations wants the Canadian and Mexican Borders done away with completely, for the North American Union(Union of North America).

    That's NOT going to fly.

This is a serious problem and a complicated one. It is overly simplistic to blame the President. We deported more aliens in 2009 and 2010, about 780,000, than we did in 2007 and 2008 about 660,000. That doesn't make our efforts a success, but we aren't doing nothing either. As with the many other serious issues we face in this country, perhaps it would be better to discuss how we can address this problem rather than argue who is to blame.

    Good point.

I never blamed one individual, but many.

I agree to look for a solution.

What I posted above is what needs to be done.

DOJ: ‘Mexican-Based Trafficking Organizations Control Access to the U.S.–Mexico Border’
September 28, 2011 - Mexican drug-trafficking organizations “control access to the U.S.-Mexico border” and the “smuggling routes across” it, “resulting in unprecedented levels of violence in Mexico” and allowing those drug trafficking organizations and their associates to “dominate the supply and wholesale distribution of most illicit drugs in the United States,” according to the Justice Department's newly published 2011 National Drug Threat Assessment.
