I have been walking around with a smile on my face all week. This triggered a memory of an Extraterrestrial encounter I had many years ago. It was relatively nice.

I know a little bit about this because there was a creature there that didn't identify as a female. It didn't identify as a male. It wasn't an it. It was something else. I don't remember what...

I liked that one it was smart, cool, and, because I was a good sport and gave it a complement, it was super nice to me. I know, hard to believe. But, I think I made a friend. Then it left. It offered to take me with it, but I declined.

Now, I miss them, I still can't believe I'm never going to see them again.

Oh, I have a question having to do with divergent universal states.

Let's say we have you and me as we are today. Are we going to continue on in the same reality, or, let's say, in a year from now will we have each diverged into our own separate realities?

I was just wondering because I have a thought.

In an extreme example of such a thing might one of us encounter events that the other one does not? So that your future might be a completely different one from my future?

Oh sure, I will have a version of you and you'll have a version of me, and such versions are stuck in the same state as you are, but will the consciousness behind the persons we are today still be in the same divergent state a year from now or in different states?

This is a question of determinism and of choice.

Example.....as every person here KNOWS.....some specific types of people and this may have nothing to do with skin color or height or race, creed...etc.....some people will simply refuse to accept a REALITY as such a reality contracticts their Religious Beliefs.

QM is not demanding a multiverse exists. There are other ideas, which are simpler, as put forth by Tom Campbell or by David Bohm and Hiley. And those things which you feel on a multiverse existing can explain something, are explained by these other ways of looking at QM. So I would direct you to the other ideas, that doesn't require an idea of a multiverse. And they are out there, ya know. I think you like one particular idea, and then invest in it as if it were the fact, while ignoring the others. Particularly Campbell's ideas on the subject. I can understand why you would not agree with Campbell, or Bohm, for its the same reason that you say the religious don't like the multiverse theory...in that it is incoherent with your beliefs.

You always display such absolute certainty when it comes to what you believe in. Serious physicists though, do not indulge or have such luxury as you.

If.............. it is true that time will look like a menorah.......... and if........ a moment in the past could be recreated......… would you Sir be willing to go back into the past........ knowing all that you know at this time?

What if a psychic and his girlfriend get into a big argument. The guy says "I see that you'll be back", but the now ex-girlfriend replies "I'm never coming back."

Who's right? What if they're both right.
