    Yeah, I had the TV on in the background when I heard him say this and I cringed.

    Really? Jews weren't gassed?

    It's not just Spicer, it's the whole administration flailing around like a fish out of water.

    Is he actually wrong? I don't recall a single instance in which Germany dropped chemical weapons on its citizens by plane or rocket...

    And just for the record; the Jews in Hitler's concentration camps WERE German Citizens, along with Catholics, homosexuals, and the handicapped who were also targets.

    Which is worse, a couple of chemical attacks, or the persecution & gassing of an entire segment of people?

    To me it looks like, at best, Assad's working his way up, (down?) to Hitler's level.

    The claims of Hitler's use of chemical weapons all occur outside the boundaries of Germany proper. Assad's use is against his own citizens within the boundaries of his domain. Granted they are both wrong, but we could at least try to be accurate...

    That's some great hair splitting.

    Hitler located the camps in occupied territories, to shade them from the Bulk of the German population, shield them from Allied Eyes, & increase effectiveness.

    No, he rounded them up and brought them to concentration camps to kill them. Do you not realize that the Jews of Germany were citizens of Germany? :wall:

    All the so-called death camps were outside of Germany proper, go read some history and understand the facts before popping off...

    I'd have to see the actual data of German citizens sent to camps outside of Germany. As camps were maintained within the country from before the war and all the way through it. From what I've read the camps outside of Germany were populated by the various victims found in occupied lands after the war began...

    None of those were considered death camps. Granted they were horrible places and many died, but that was not their function in the least. Every instance of a camp perpetrating mass murder by gas or whatnot was outside of Germany and every one of them fell into Soviet hands after the war.
