Former GOP Senatorial candidate Chrisitine O'Donnell walked off of an CNN set when Leftninny interviewer/ambusher Piers Morgan decided that "gay marriage" was the pressing issue in America today: "You're borderline being a little bit rude," O'Donnell responded. "I obviously want to talk about the issues that I choose to talk about in the book." Morgan went on to ask if she addressed gay marriage in her new book, "Troublemaker," something O'Donnell said she did, but refused to address in the CNN interview. "Do you answer that question in the book?" he asked http://news.yahoo.com/christine-odonnell-walks-piers-morgan-tonight-interview-011635684.html So much for the longtime Leftninny myth that conservatives are trying to make "social conservatism" the "main issue... it's ALWAYS brought up by Leftninnies, who refuse to accept the Will of the People, as expressed in DOZENS of referendums, on this matter.
That's the point that jumps out at me. It was not O'Donnell who wanted to go on national tv and complain about gays but rather the English sissy who wanted her to. And she didn't take the bait.
conservatives make homosexual marriage an issue by denying these people the same rights as others in society. It is a CONSERVATIVE hate campaign against a minority and it is shamefull.
O'Donnell was not preventing homosexuals from doing any of the disgusting things they do to each other in the privacy of their bedrooms. Or even the pubic toilet. It was the lib journalist who wanted to remind the viewers that gays are different.
Comical. Christine O’Donnell went on Piers Morgan show to discuss and promote her new book. Morgan asked her about a section in the book regarding gay marriage and her stance on it. Instead of discussing the book, she refused to, and childishly pouted, “It’s in the book.” Here’s a tip Christine. If you plan on doing an interview to discuss your book, you should probably answer questions about the book.
I was planning on it. But seeing how Christine refused to discuss it, that sends a clear message the book isn't very good.
hillarious! I'm glad to see O'Donnell is out of the loony bin. Hope she still doesnt think Biden is stalking her.
Christine is a homosexual. In the middle-eastern world she would be killed for being homosexual. In the USA though all you do is deny her the same rights as everyone else. I guess in a twisted sort of way that isnt oo bad. Is it ?
I applaud her for walking off. More people need to toss the liberal bias right back into the faces of CNN, MSNBC et al
They have the exact same rights as everyone else. Who says shes gay, besides you? Why do you even care? Youre obviously not a tea party supporter, why are you perpetrating? Are you trying to confuse people who dont know youre a commie?
Some moronic liberal claimed that liberals weren't interested in social issues a day or two ago. Conservatives aren't the ones trying to change laws on marriage. Liberals are. They are doing their best to tear down the moral structure of this country regardless of the consequences.
Yes, They can get married to anyone they want of the opposite sex, just like everyone else. Theres no need to bash gays, what did they ever do to you? Nope, I really dont care as long as they dont attempt to destroy the fabric of American society. Why do you have an Tea Party Avatar, while posting lies? If the show fits....
Don't lie. She is denied no rights here. Your fabrication of the definition of the word rights is noted.
She could have handled it much better. Instead of walking off, I think she should have simply answered "That's none of your Business, it's a personal issue for each person to decide for themselves and I resent your attempted intrusion into my privacy so let's move on shall we".
Piers Morgan walks into any room and the median IQ drops. I'd take a drunk Hasselhoff over this phony. I'm still trying to understand WTF Hollywood and television's love affair with Brits is all about. Other than the Socialism, of course.
Looks like Pierce Morgan was the "troublemaker" in this one. He was going to give her a hard time going in.......the trouble with her is I think she has a hard time turning down the national spotlight.....but if you can't stand the heat......
If you don't want to address gay marriage in an interview about your book, don't include it in your book.
The will of the people does not change civil rights. The will of the people would still have "coloreds" attending segregated schools in many areas of the country. Exactly. And, as you said... It's pretty good proof the book sucks. Except that she wrote about it in her book, as she admitted. So she made it everyone's business. What's with the naivete and arrogance of this woman and others like her (who talk about "gotcha" questions) that they think an interviewee gets to dictate every single question they are asked?
Piers Morgan isn't a "leftninny." He began his journalism career at News of the World and was rather admired by Rupert Murdoch. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Piers_Morgan
...... But I find that republicans/T-baggers have a propensity of walking out when they are being bested in an interview. Errrr.. Except for Michele Bachmann, she just ignores the question and proceeds with her prepared statements then screaming: "ONE TERM PRESIDENT" !! That's why McCain is right in calling them 'hobbits'...they go back underground when the going gets tough....
