FIVE PERCENT??? Only 4,400? And he is pulling out the troops now and the State Department just sent out an advisory cable telling any Americans who are not at the airport do not come and those who are there to leave immediately.

"About only 5 percent of the people the United States has evacuated from Afghanistan are Americans seeking safe passage home.

More than 82,300 have been airlifted from Kabul since the government’s collapse nearly two weeks ago, but the Pentagon says that, as of Wednesday, only 4,400 Americans were rescued in those evacuation operations.

Over 4,400 Americans have now been evacuated from Afghanistan: Pentagon

    — Lucas Tomlinson (@LucasFoxNews) August 25, 2021

President Joe Biden previously promised to get out the Americans who are left in Afghanistan and subject to the Taliban’s rule, but so far, our own citizens do not appear to be the priority.

The State Department also confirmed that a majority of the people whisked away on flights from Kabul are not U.S. citizens. On Tuesday, Politico national security reporter Alex Ward reported leaked numbers indicating that in just 15 hours on Aug. 23, the United States evacuated approximately 6,916 people from Afghanistan. Only 483 of those were American citizens while the rest were Aghan nationals.....

US Embassy alert tells people to avoid airport, leave certain gates immediately

The U.S. embassy in Kabul issued another alert, but this one with an urgent warning.

“U.S. citizens who are at the Abbey Gate, East Gate, or North Gate now should leave immediately,” it said.
The alert says U.S. citizens should avoid traveling to the airport and avoid the airport gates “unless you receive individual instructions from a U.S. government representative to do so” — the same instructions they have given in recent days.

In a statement later Wednesday, a State Department spokesperson said, “As a general rule, we do not speak to intelligence, but this is a dynamic and volatile security situation on the ground. We take seriously the priority we attach to the safety and security of American citizens.” August 25, 2021

The Americans who are left behind will be captured and probably murdered. Since dead men tell no takes, we’ll never hear or know about them and Psaki and CNN will call it a glowing success.

I have zero trust in the info coming out of the WH.

There are still 1,500 Americans to be evacuated.

This will be done in 2-3 days at the latest.

The rest of the people we got out of Afghanistan are collaborators, refugees and elites (engineers, doctors, civil servants) who were able to afford a visa.

Given the intentions of the globalists running this game, and their desire to see a million replaceugees come to the US by years end, clearly the Americans we did get out were just by chance.

I saw a video clip that said that want to bring in 150,000 Afghan allies. These are suppose to be Afghans that assisted our military and their families.

5 percent vs the entire group. It has been said in this thread that less than 1,500 Americans remain thus a tad more than 60% of all Americans have been evacuated.

How many out of the remaining percent are there for operational assistance?

What is the total proportion of non-military Americans in country compared to the Afghans at risk due to working with the Western forces in various roles?

What are you outraged about this time?

That the US government failed to prioritize its own citizens, and instead only places the highest priority on the refugees and the government's assets. The debasement of our citizenry abroad, is the same thing as debasing it here at home. This sends a very loud, clear and bipartisan message that this administration doesn't really care to lift a finger for the average American citizen.

And that to me, is an impeachable offense. If Democrats are consistent on the COVID response, they should demand Biden's resignation en masse for this failure. Yes, the gift that keeps on giving will give us Kamala Harris/Nancy Pelosi. I'm aware of that, the left's pathetic excuse of an upper echelon cannot be our problem, sending a message is what's needed. Massive firings and restructures, new leadership is needed. Even if it means holding our nose for now and having Harris/or Pelosi in charge.

Weird. I have no link...but there are Media tales down here of Afghan people getting on Aussie planes....because of the nod of many single one off American Military to many one off Afghans.

    Get a grip Elde Fruit.

    @AmericanNationalist

Come on! Get out of that cocoon you exist in, please.

What do you expect from those actuality there having to deal with life/death decisions.

    US Army:

"Prove you are a Yank, or someone who assisted us."

    Person fleeing:

"I am neither. But I want you to save me and my family from what you caused."

    US Army:

    "Fark off. Next?"

Down here, your Military is getting kudos for on the moment decisions made by your Military blokes.......and as a result, some poor bastard got on an Aussie plane and has a future.

Ferfuxsake. Understand that this is real, and not just a petty discussion here.

I suspect the Taliban are not going to harm an American still there after August 31.....in fact, I'll bet there will be US Media (for example) there well after that date.

The people in real imminent danger are the Afghans who assisted the West against the Taliban.

Did they fail to prioritize the evacuation of Americans? The OP doesn’t say that. At all. I expect that every American who was at the airport got on a flight before the remaining seats were allocated to non Americans.
There is no indication of Americans being left behind while Afghans were evacuated.
You seem to have jumped to your conclusion.

Yes, that is exactly what I'm expecting. Our top priority should be our people, that it is not is a reflection on the American government. I recognize in Australia, Australians have accepted a less-than status with their government, but I adamantly refuse in a civic passion liken to Dr. King to accept such a state of affairs.

We citizens must always have top priority, or the government has failed us. The complaints from our European friends are secondary to this main failing.

We owe it to the Afghanis who assisted us to get them and their families out and give them the opportunity for a safe life.

    Obviously not in Chicago.

That is esoteric stuff. Put yourself in the position of your blokes on the ground there.,.....and some random turns up begging for help. As far as I am concerned, your blokes on the ground are doing a great job.........shame you do not agree.

    Oh well.

    Que sera sera.
