The question bears repeating when Israelis start talking about foreigners and yet they are controlling and occupying the land the Palestinians (the foreign muslim imperialists I'm assuming The Doctor was referring to) have lived on for hundreds of years (before many of those Israelis immediate ancestors moved to Israel, in fact). Since The Doctor didn't refer to any Palestinians as non-foreigners, presumably all of the Palestinian land is actually Israeli in his opinion (although why they would want Gaza?!).
