'overshoot' in our democracy threatening democracy

The free world is scourged by a phenomenon that I call ‘overshoot’ of our democracy.
It is ripping our democracy apart, state against state, and party against party.

Here is an example:

Instead of equality on a personal level, we are now going for statistical equality, as if people should be pushed into a direction they don’t want.
Look, if a girl loves physics and is dreaming of becoming the Madam Curie of our century, I want her to receive all support to get there. But if women statistically tend more to A than to B, for heaven’s sake, let them decide themselves. They are wise enough to decide what is good for them.
Anyway, women should at least triple in criminal activity in order to match the number of guys in prison statistically. What are we going to do about that inequality?...

We are now entitled to having 52 gender identities as opposed to two.
Any institute or school that brainwashes children with that in a forced way, I would oblige them to have 52 washrooms in their building to conform to their own ideas. Can just everybody feel inside how he wants and stop bragging about being so special?
How about we teach our children we can be special through our actions as opposed to being special through our gender?...

White people about black people. Look, I know our eye is capable of seeing the difference between a black and a white skin.
But do we really have to brainwash our kids with this exaggerated over-awareness of race?
How about we raise our kids with the fact that this planet is populated with people (and also animals and flowers) of all sorts of beautiful colors and that this is entirely normal and OK!
And for God’s sake, let’s stop talking about black people as a 'group'.
They are not. Among black people, there are as many differences and opposite opinions as among any other people. Some black people are bricklayers, some bakers, and some surgeons or ex-president of the USA. Considering people as a group because of their skin color is equally stupid as calling ginger-haired people a group!
And let's face it, the only reason for putting people into groups is to make sure that each group can discriminate heck out of the other!

Not differentiating between migrants who want to enter because of a better standard of life and refugees whose towns are systematically erased by bombs, is another aspect of our brainwashed society. Some media even have the guts of saying that the warm way Ukraine people are welcomed in Europe is discrimination against migrants; so let me explain:
Ukraine people are seeking shelter from bombs and are praying for peace hoping they can return home soon. Does that ring a bell there is a difference?...
