Who knows if its true or not.. There is a lot of kidney disease in Israel because of their water quality.

Dunno, plenty will go illegally as is the case in virtually every nation around the globe. Organs are precious, now show me proof the IDF and the Israeli goverment harvest them from Palestinians.

On the one hand the Palestinians have a history of lying about Israeli actions but on the other hand the Israelis did do such things only a little over a decade ago.
