Him and Romney are two peas in a pod. The more he's vetted the more we find out...

Due to the amount of confidence I have in liberals' honesty, I'm not even going to click the link that you so thoughtfully provided.

To convince me that keeping Obama would be better than voting for Romney, you would have to prove to me that Romney is a murderer.

And I would STILL think that Romney would make a better leader, but he just wouldn't be fit for the Office of Pres.

But keep trying, it just digs your side's grave deeper, I truly believe.

Ryan is correct. He didn't ask for Stimulus money. He lent his support of a grant application from a group in his district. That's something Congressmen do all the time.....whether there is stimulus money out there or not. It's their job to represent their constitutents. He's also right in his initial assessment of how the Stimulus would not work. It didn't.

BTW, this is akin to Obama railing against the rich over and over again, claiming they pay too little in taxes....and then filing his taxes under the CURRENT tax laws which affords him the lower tax rates. Don't see any liberals calling Obama a hypocrite over that.

Probably why Barack Obama was never vetted, eh?

Ryan wasn't lying. The letters in question were two of several thousand similar routine letters all Congressmen see crossing their desks. To expect him to remember everything he's done to help the people who voted him into office is a little much. Especially when Barack can't remember who he dated before Michelle.

Well, don't get me wrong, I'd could comment all day long on the insincerity of those trying to undermine Romney and Ryan. And I wouldn't even HAVE to read your article. ;)

That bolded is an EXCELLENT point taken off his post, SmartM. Good for you!

And wait, Obama claims he can't remember who he dated? OMG, what a clown! He has no shame at all, does he? (meaning he doesn't mind millions of people thinking he's a liar)

Of course, maybe all the drugs he did in those days affected his memory in a severe way. Now THAT would explain a LOT, I guess...

Seems pretty contradicting to me...you know the part where he says he's not one of the people who writes the government to ask them to send money...and then writes the government to ask them to send money...

Please...by all means...you and Smartmouthwoman are free to look at my post history. If you can find ANY post where I say that I support Obama and will vote for him in November...then I will quit PF.

    Good luck with your search...

Every President gets a "honeymoon" period with Congress and after getting our asses kicked black and blue in the '08 elections Republicans were trying to go along and get along. Here was a brand new President with some new ideas and he was asking that all of us trust him and give the ideas a fair chance.

We did. The ideas were a total (*)(*)(*)(*)ed-up FAILURE. And now we're $16 Trillion Dollars in debt. Thanks, Obama!

Don't take it so personally, Krypt. Speaking only for myself, it's my opinion you either support the Romney/Ryan ticket or you support Obama. Can't have it both ways.

Nobody thinks Ryan is perfect. He admits having voted for things in the past he wouldn't vote for now. Barack Obama has done the very same thing. So has Mitt Romney.

Which makes your opening statement a little misleading. This is not really a vetting issue. More like grasping for negative straws.

So, if you think that is hypocritical, why aren't you calling for Obama to file his taxes and foregoing all the deductions available to him so that he can pay the LARGEST amount of taxes? Point is....both are using the current system, as they should, regardless of whether or not they supported it before it became law.
Once the Stimulus Money was appropriated, why wouldn't he allow his constituents to ask for some of it? That notion is ridiculous on its face.
