When you introduced the image of the Obama COLB, you were speaking to me.

    Memory refresher.

I have no idea what an out of context comment by me referring to some other thing may be about.
I guess it's my fault for not being omniscient, and of course, your fault for pressing me in a matter you don't seem to care all that much about.

There is no rationality or reasonableness in defending an obvious scam. Only duplicity.

:) Run away? Let's review: I introduce an expert who calls the Obama COLB an obvious forgery. You laugh, call my expert a fraud and bring in your own titled expert. I do a bit of rummaging and, surprise(!), it seems your counter expert is about as authentic as Piltdown Man.

And when I bring that to your attention you accuse me of running away? No wonder people have to wipe the slime off their monitor screens after posting with you.

A person would have to be on drugs to not conclude that at least half of the irrational vitriol tossed at Obama is because of the color of his skin. Instead of uniting the country, electing a black president has merely brought the racists out of the closet.

why are we still fighting over the Natural Born BS.

I believe that the U.S. has much more things to worry about then trying to get Obama out of office today. even if it was proved that he was not a "Natural Born" citizen. and that he lied.

Congress will probably not impeach him and remove him from power.

the bigger fight should be to get him out of office in the next election. and then have the law makers to constitutionally define what a "Natural Born" citizen is.

the Constitution only mentions it once. and then no Amendments ever mention it.

Depending on what way you look at it. he might be and he might not be. Eligible for POTUS. but that is not going to change the fact he already is POTUS.

But in the coming years we are going to have a huge problem with what is and what is not considered to be a "Natural Born" because the Anchor babies are growing up, and soon will be eligible to be President.

so I think it is important for the law makers to make it clear and define what a "Natural Born" citizen is. because Congress has made many statements saying what a NB is. from stating Obama is a NB. by saying he is eligible to be president.

To other sessions stating that you have to be born to "TWO" U.S. citizens to be a Natural Born.

so we need to get the law makers to define it and live by how they define it.

I would support it just to shut you people up once and for all.

Who the hell cares what the founders wanted? We have already said "to hell with what the founders wanted" many times...what do you think all those Constitutional Amendments are?

Do you really think the founders WANTED blacks and women to vote? Seriously dude. We have overruled the Founders' wishes many many times. This is not new.

nothing dishonest in my post. I posted the official govn't website stating flat out they don't issue long forms. the only dishonest thing is to pretend hawaii stating flat out they don't issue long forms actually means they do.

And then of course, there is his behavior. But let's pretend that "at least half" of his problems are due to evil racists. It's easier to rationalize his failures and obvious stonewalling that way.

Oh, and you were doing so well.

You introduced an "expert?" Okay. What is his name?

Oh, I did more than that. I provided the evidence of his fraud... specifically that he stole the resume of a real expert who has publicly denied having anything to do with the incompetent "TechDude" analysis.

    Once exposed... "TechDude" disappeared.

That's a whole lot more than merely calling your "expert" a fraud.

And what did you do in response?

Oh? And what did you find that would lead to such a conclusion?

Unlike your "expert" he actually has a real name.

Unlike your "expert" he actually has a real resume to include a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Texas A&M University and a Bachelors degree in Computer and Information Science from the University of California, Santa Cruz. He is the author of three books and numerous articles, and is a popular speaker at local and national conferences. His work experience spans small startup companies, academic and university environments, and large Fortune-100 corporations.

Unlike your "expert" he actually stands by his work has not disappeared after being exposed as a fraud.

    Piltdown man? Hardly.

You are running away still. You embrace an anonymous fraud, and then slur a highly regarded actual expert.

You know, if there is slime on your monitor and you're the one sitting in front of it... what does it tell you about its most likely source?

Thank you, for what your opinion is worth.

If you read the link you know. If you didn't read it you should.

This man cited is not "Tech dude", sorry to report. All that wasted righteous anger....

"I always thought that the idea behind "outing" someone is to prove that he does not have the experience he repeatedly stated in signed and sworn affidavits submitted to the courts.

Yet, the guy you claim "was outed" has a PhD in Instructional Systems with a major focus area of Instructional Media and over 30+ years of postdoctoral SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH EXPERIENCE in instructional design, computer-based training, health care, social services, mental health, and about a half-dozen more areas, and has authored all kinds of publicly and privately funded research programs in these areas.

The efforts to marginalize 40+ CUMULATIVE years of experience by a pond scum of a person is predictable. What's your excuse, Dr. K?"

    Neither has my man.

    My man seems to disagree.

I suggest you read the citation I provided, instead of going on with your indignant bloviation (and your rote Chamber of Commerce listing of his various activities). Both men have credentials but when they both assert something that neither man will agree to, you have a real technical matter of opinion here. I suggest you read the applicable analysis of the documents in question and save the misdirected attacks.

Oh... my gosh. You're right. I did not notice that you had switched from one fake Birther expert to another fake Birther expert. You had already abandoned TechDude and moved onto "Dr. Polarik."

    I stand corrected.

    So, let's continue shall we?

The second fake Birther expert calls himself in the post you linked to "Dr. Ronald Polarik." Perhaps you were unaware that there is no such person? There is instead the real person who pretended to be "Polarik." Dr. Ronald Polland. Once he was identified, what did we discover about Dr. Polland?

First off... that he had consistently lied about his degrees and experience during the many months he pretended to be "Dr. Polarik." He does not hold a Masters in Statistics (as he claimed), he does not hold a Masters in Experimental Psychology (as he claimed) and he does not hold a Doctorate in Experimental Psychology (as he claimed). Additionally, the Doctorate he does have was repeatedly misrepresented by him. His doctorate is in Instructional Systems, not Instructional Media as he repeatedly asserted hoping I guess that "Media" sounded like it might have something to do with his phony "analysis" of the Obama COLB.

As is readily evident from his real C.V., his education, and his work history, Polland/Polarik has no discernible expertise in computer forensics, digital imagery, or document examination.

His trade is in statistics and surveys. He has no degrees relating to computers or technology. He is not a computer expert; he has at best used computers. He is not a scanner expert; he has at best used scanners. At best, he is an amateur photography buff. He may have a doctorate, true, but it is in a field wholly unrelated to computer technology. Just see Florida State University's program profile.

And as to his "expertise" in Photoshop... he was the one who invented the hilarious claim that the person allegedly forging Obama documents was named "Ducky" because he didn't know that "Ducky" is a Photoshop sub program.

In short... you have leaped from one fake "expert" to another. How is it that Birthers manage to collect these guys?

So we are right back where we started, and it's not dueling experts.

It is a second fake expert on your side versus a real expert on mine.

Why aren't Birthers looking to impeach Chief Justice Roberts, for not demanding adequate documentation before swearing Obama in. Isn't he the one responsible?

Explain to me what you think Constitutional Amendments are for if not to "Change the Constitution so that we can do what ever we want".

Once again nothing but false statements and deception intended to influence the uninformed into believing that which is not true.

Yes, there is a difference between native born and natural born and while these terms are often used interchangeably it is done so without regard minor albeit fundamental differences.

Natural born citizenship in the United States is recognized as an unalienable Right of the Individual and it is exclusively based upon Jus Soli (born within the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof). As an unalienable (natural) Right it cannot be infringed upon by statutory laws.

Native born is the granting of citizenship based upon the statutory laws of a country where an individual is born within the "territories" of a country. The United States does not have any "native born" statutory laws related to persons born within the 50 individual States as those individuals are already natural born citizens and exempt from statutory laws. Congress does have the authority to grant "native born" citizenship to a person born outside of the 50 States but within territories occupied by the United States. For example the Congress can pass a law that anyone born in Guam is a citizen of the United States but that person would not be a natural born citizen under the US Constitution and the 14th Amendment. States and territories are not the same thing and the 14th Amendment requires a person to be born in the "United States" and not the territories thereof.

Of course the opinion offered in the video really has absolutely nothing to do with Obama. First and foremost is the simply fact that Obama was born in Honolulu Hawaii in 1961 and Hawaii was a State in 1961 so Obama is a natural born citizen of the United States meeting the full criteria for natural born citizenship under the original Constitution and the 14th Amendment. Secondly a Constitutional Amendment take years to adopt from the date of writing until the ratification by the States so it wouldn't even happen during Obama's second term if he were to be re-elected.

    Sorry birthers, another failed argument.

    A) Would you care to document any of this? And B) what does this say about the technical claims of Polland? Have you pushed the ball any nearer to your goal line? If so, I haven't seen evidence of it.

Sure. What in particular would you like me to back up?

Perhaps you should start here with the blog that originally outed him. The blog is by the way written by a conservative anti-Birther. I know Loren well after so many months, and he is no fan of Obama's.

For a run down on Polland's repeated falsehoods concerning his credentials and expertise, go here.

The "technical claims" of Polland are neatly dispatched in the review by the real expert, Dr. Krawetz. Go there for details.

The goal line was crossed on June 13, 2008. That's why Birthers have been furiously moving the goalposts ever since.

    Holy thread resurrection batman!

Getting tired of being proven wrong in every other thread, you are desperate enough to resurrect the 6 month old dead threads of banned sockpuppets.

    Silly Birthers.
