PENTAGON: 2000% INCREASE IN RUSSIAN TROLLING SINCE FRIDAY

"Pentagon spokeswoman Dana White said in Saturday's Pentagon briefing that there has been a "2,000% increase in Russian trolls in the last 24 hours," following the coordinated strike against Syria on Friday night.

Yeah, I can tell! I go to bed - 4-5 pages on US slapping around Assad thread and when I wake up it’s like 10 pages of never ending Russian trolls messaging and pleasuring each other with propaganda!

 

They should come up with better images - it’s more likely to be a bunch of pimpled 20 year old who learned English and can’t find a job that matches their crappy education.

With those hoodies on, they are attempting to hide their identities.....pretending that they are just regular normal Americans who just happen to admire Putin & Russia!

 

One of the more frequently used propaganda items they have used is the silly notion that somehow highly sophisticated American cruise missiles were defeated by 30 year old Russian & Syria defenses. Now even those less educated & ill-equipped for critical thinking can readily understand how ridiculous this idea is...but still, there are those (trolls) that accept this without question!

The impression it makes on me is essentially that Russia have become a country of lies. Russia = liar There is nothing they post that can be trusted even the denials coming from official channels are so ridiculous I don't even bother with any of it.

In a similar way we become oblivious to all the advertising that we are bombarded with on a daily basis, I have come to tune out Russia

All are welcome to discuss and debate and share personal opinions, but paid trolls working in concert to flood social media with garbage and try to sway public opinion on a large scale is quite another matter, I think.

There's little doubt that there are many Russian trolls hiding under the cloak of friendly forces....doing their best to twist reality and cause confusion. We have identified quite a few...most are easy to spot, others are a bit more sneaky in their techniques, and attempt to sound more reasonable!

 

It appears that Russians are joining the Democratic Party's purpose of sowing confusion and capitalization on political divisions.

What difference does it maje if the foreigner is a euro or a Russian, paid or unpaid?

They should all butt out of our domestic politics

But until liberals lost an election they expected to win they didnt give a damn because most of the foreigners agreed with them on the issues
