Well its about time, I tell you that. I mean why should we bar the military from carrying on base? http://m.washingtontimes.com/news/2016/nov/22/pentagon-personal-guns-firearms-allowed-on-base/
The liberals don't want anyone armed, including our people in the military. When I stood guard duty on a submarine deck I had a .45 cal strapped to my waist. I was fully checked out on a .45. But the .45 on my hip was not loaded nor did I have any .45 bullets. Only in America.
about time... Trump not gonna be happy they choose to do this before he became President though - - - Updated - - - not true, I want every free American to be able to be armed, even ex-felons, everyone has the constitutional right to bear arms .
Why not !, I recall a strange rule we had for Air Force personel in Vietnam obviously a war zone. We were allowed to sign out a M16 with only 60 rounds of ammo if we were going to be on a crew flying out to a remote base. 60 rounds was obviously only 3 mags of 20. We had to turn the weapon and the ammo back in when we returned from a remote trip. Our squadron ' Com Shop was located on the edge of the field so smart thing people who were there and gone home before I got there managed to trade for .223 m16 ammo with Army guy and ARVN. They had also traded fir or bought an assortment of ancient weapons such as Grease Guns, M1 carbines , somecTommie guns ...goid thing that Grease guns and Tommie guns used the same ammo as the .45 1911. Sometimes even the military has strange rules.
