People are important. But people are only important because 'God'. Without 'God', people are just resource. Without a spirit, humans are merely the sum (the 'value') of their parts. And those parts are not very valuable... not without a spirit, which comes from faith. The elements and compounds that make up a human can also be found in dirt. You're more valuable than dirt, arent you? BUT WHY? ...can't say I'm particularly surprised that 'authorities are working on' getting rid of the one thing that makes humans more valuable than dirt. That's exactly what authorities do!

That's a subjective view that some hold and others do not. Some even hold them both important, with God in a lesser, equal or greater position of importance than people. Not in our lifetime. And I really doubt that we'd see it within 3 or 4 generations. Further, we will lose religions before we lose faith/spiritually. That's assuming that we don't have a resurgence. Do tell!
