Forum4Politics is referred to as F4P, the alternate site, or the backup site.

When PF is down (and downtime isn't expected to end shortly), one of the Staff will usually enable thread creation on F4P.

When PF is down, most of the time, I can display a notice which links to F4P but occasionally some site errors mean that you can't even view the notice.

If PF is down and you can log into F4P, you can PM a Moderator, asking them to enable thread creation there.

You are automatically registered at F4P if you joined PF before April 2012. If you joined after that time, I am sorry, I have no way to copy your account over there yet.
